Brooks McMillan ~ Lead Trainer
Brooks has been with the Gwinnett Umpires Association as an ASA registered umpire for five years and currently serves as the Secretary and Treasurer for the association, as well as Lead Trainer. Brooks is also the GUA Webmaster.

Brooks attended the ASA Slow Pitch Advanced Camp in 2006, and has called in three Slow Pitch National Tournaments, including the Hooter's Men's C East in Valdosta, GA in 2005, the Hooter's Men's D West in Sunnyvale, CA in 2006, and the Men's Industrial A in LaGrange, GA in 2007. He was also selected to serve as the Umpire Coordinator for the 2008 ASA Hooters Men's D Southern national tournament in Marietta, Georgia.

Brooks is a Georgia High School Association umpire, and a Blue level member of the ASA Medals Program.

James Edlen
James Edlen is now in his 5th year as an ASA registered umpire with Gwinnett Umpires Association. James was elected by his peers as GUA's FIRST at large member of the Board, where he will represents the interests of the umpire body.

James is a Blue level member of the ASA Medals program. He attended the ASA Slow Pitch Advanced Camp in 2006, and is a Georgia High School Association umpire. In 2008, James was selected to officiate in his first national tournament, the ASA Hooters Men's D Southern in Marietta, Georgia.

Jeff Wood
Jeff has been an ASA registered umpire for over 20 years, beginning his career in the military and spending the majority of his time as an umpire with Gwinnett Umpires Association. Jeff has had the honor of calling in multiple national tournaments, including slow pitch and modified pitch.

Because of his extensive experience in the game, as well as the respect that Jeff has earned throughout our association and Georgia ASA, Jeff was chosen to be a part of GUA's inaugural training staff in 2008.

Mike Kline

Mike Kline is now in his seventh year as a GUA official. He has earned the reputation as an excellent official on the field, and a mentor to new umpires off the field. His dedication to excellence in his own game as well as his willingness to help make others around him better made Mike a "must have" member of the GUA Training Staff.

Bob Crowley

Bob Crowley has been a member of GUA for three years, and brought with him an extensive background in umpiring, primarily baseball. Bob excelled both as a slow pitch and a fast pitch softball official, and was selected as Gwinnett Umpires' 2007 Regional Umpire of the Year. This honor was announced at the Regional Umpire in Chief Clinic held each year at Emory University.

Bob is also a Georgia High School Association official, and had the honor of umpiring in the GHSA 2007 AA Sectional Championship Tournament in Rome, Georgia.
